: Boston, MA - This is a hybrid, temporary position that requires working in-person between 3 days/week in the Boston, MA office.
Position Summary
The Gift Administration Coordinator ("Coordinator") is an important member of the team responsible for the accurate and efficient annual processing of 250,000+ transactions from 80,000+ unique donor records. The Coordinator
provides administrative support for the gift team, sorts and processes incoming mail, enters and maintains gift information in shared donor database and completes quality control measures to ensure accuracy for all incoming philanthropic revenue. The Coordinator is expected to develop a high level of understanding of Partners In Health's (PIH) current donor database, Salesforce, and related tools used in day-to-day work.
This is a hybrid and temporary position that requires working in-person between 3 days/week in the Boston, MA office and is timebound through March 31, 2026.

Pay and Benefits
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $22/hour.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
