Pay / Schedule: $18-20/hr(doe). Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5 pm, + great opportunity for OT pay. At $20/hr, and 55 hours per week, for example, you can earn weekly paychecks of $1,250 gross. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role responsible for the precision winding and insulation of generator rotor coils used in large-scale power generation equipment. The position involves operating winding machinery, reading technical drawings, and handling heavy components, with an emphasis on mechanical accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility in work hours. Candidates may also occasionally support field service operations. Key Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of winding or mechanical assembly experience - preferably in power generation or rotating equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude - must be skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments. Physical capability - able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally. Flexible schedule - must be able to work any shift (day/night), including weekends and holidays as needed.
