  • Capacity & Operations Monitoring: Track and report site capacity metrics (such as air space and throughput) to the Site Manager, while keeping the team informed of key engineering and environmental developments.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Help identify environmental issues at the site and assist in the development and implementation of corrective solutions, working closely with the Site Manager and broader site team.
  • Project Assistance & Contract Management: As appropriate, support the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assist in bid evaluations, and help manage technical contracts-including budget and schedule tracking-with increasing responsibility over time.
  • Facility Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with site management to maintain a five-year planning schedule that outlines anticipated expansion, closure, construction, and compliance activities.
  • Compliance Tracking: Review the site's compliance tracker monthly and assist in creating and executing action plans to ensure timely completion of required tasks.
  • Environmental Reporting: Coordinate with site management to manage environmental submittals, aiming for zero administrative violations (on-time and complete submissions).
  • Budget Support: Assist in identifying technical projects for the upcoming fiscal year and contribute to budget and schedule planning, to be reviewed with General Management by January 1.
  • Ongoing Site Communication: Engage in monthly status meetings-virtually or in-person-with Site Managers of smaller facilities (e.g., truck depots) to review environmental and engineering updates.
