We have an opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of customer records, developing, and managing marketing data use cases, and assist on executing digital initiatives. You will work closely with Salesforce segment leads to enhance system functionality in Salesforce.com platform and other data management tools. You will play a key role in ensuring that our CRM system supports the sales, marketing, and customer service teams effectively, driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. A successful candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking & analysis but also be a strong project manager to drive execution of the projects. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Platform.

You will:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of Pool customer data across Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • Develop and implement business processes for data cleansing, de-duplication, record management and maintain all other documentation on processes, policies, and configurations.
  • Maintain data lists of customers for activation in marketing, customer service, and sales.
  • Create and manage the marketing use cases for optimizing and applying customer data.
  • Regularly audit data and perform health checks to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Segment Salesforce Product Owner to help optimize system configuration, workflows, and integrations.
  • Help identify potential areas for system optimization and assist in implementing business process to enhance usability and performance.
  • Support digital transformation projects such as strategy creation, and execution.
  • Monitor data usage and system performance, identifying areas for optimization to enhance business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop meaningful reporting solutions tailored to various business needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing teams and provide feedback on CRM data quality.
  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and create documentation to support system usage, business processes, data management practices, and reporting.
  • Collect user feedback to continuously enhance CRM processes and functionalities.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM experience, with a focus on Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency in data management best practices and tools, including data cleansing,
  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce product owners to implement new features and optimize system functionality through bridging business cases with CRM mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train users and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in a sales or marketing environment, with knowledge of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ability to apply continuous learning and self-led process optimization to drive ongoing improvement to assigned KPI's and business objectives.
  • BA or BS preferred in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and other CRM-related tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
  • Charlotte area preferred.
  • Travel Required: up to 10%.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
