Temporary Dispatch Operations Specialist

Monthly Activities

• Update training manual for the Customer Service Team and FTL Dispatch teams
• Complete Sign off of training documents with FTL Dispatch and Customer Service Managers
• Reporting documentation and presentation of data
• Identify process that can be automated and project manage the process with various departments
• Project management skills (Microsoft office)

Key Projects

• Training Manual for the Customer Service Team and FTL Dispatch
• Tank mapping process to ensure all tanks are linked in system correctly
• Minimize tank reporting and exceptions through automation
• Polling failures and collaborate with FSS team and FTL Dispatch
  1. Power BI report with system errors and stagnet readings

Requirements:

• Current upcoming Junior or Senior pursuing a Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field or a recent graduate
• Able to work 8am - 5pm, onsite in Gainesville, GA for 40 hours per week from May 19, 2025 through August 1, 2025.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must be proficient in Pivot Tables and Lookups
• Critical thinking and initiative
