Department 411, OMNIBUS Programs, is seeking a Program Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work on the OMNIBUS Contract supporting VIRGINIA, OHIO, SEAWOLF and 688 delivered ships. This role involves heavy collaboration with NAVSEA funding sponsors, Finance, Planning, Engineering and upper management. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure the proper metrics are in place to effectively manage the OMNIBUS Program.

The candidate must be able to work independently on various projects at a time. Assignments will range from high priority, quick turnaround efforts to long term creative problem solving. The candidate must be very organized, procedurally compliant, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation building skills. The successful candidate will be a go-getter and skilled at driving tasks to completion by forming positive collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Developing creative solutions to cross-functional, Program level issues
* Preparation and submittal of Tasking documents
* Assisting Planning Yard personnel in proper tasking and funding for emergent fleet issues
* Ensuring all efforts fall within the bounds of the current contract
* Driving Tasking to completion in a timely and cost effective manner

Required:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, business, or a related field
• 5 years relevant experience

Preferred:

• Experience in program management, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Artemis
