JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for an Ethics & Business Integrity Global Transparency Lead who ability to absorb a complex set of systems and processes that operate at UCB to generate transparency data, and rapidly interpret a novel requirement for a given country in the context of those operations to join us in our Ethics and Business Integrity team, based in our Smyrna, GA office. About the role You will report to the Head of Ethics & Compliance Monitoring, Insights and Transparency and act as the global process lead for the more than 30 global transparency compliance obligations to which UCB is subject. This role acts as the global eyes and ears for countries who have reporting obligations. While relying on country leads in medical or compliance for field-level insight and execution, this role will be charged with a high-level understanding of reporting obligations and processes for all countries where UCB operates, and just as importantly, setting the strategy that drives effective integration of UCB global transparency systems and processes with local functionality. Who you'll work with You will work closely with respective country leads in staying current on transparency regulations and proactively responding to evolution in requirements as it pertains to UCBs own operating environment. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000 to $194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
