The Opportunity: The Applications Programmer III is responsible for defining, developing, testing, and maintaining both new and existing enhancements within Advancement & Partnerships' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, primarily Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) and related platforms. This role involves developing technical solutions in response to evolving business needs and includes platform configuration, system integration, and custom programming. The Applications Programmer III works closely with cross-functional teams to support data accessibility, integrity, and usability ensuring that our CRM systems remain scalable, reliable, and donor-focused. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary for a well qualified candidate is between $72,583 and $88,713. The determination of a successful candidate's starting salary will vary based on several factors, including education and relevant experience. The anticipated pay scale indicated for this position generally applies to candidates who meet the minimum requirements and several of the preferred qualifications outlined above.
