Inside Sales (Temporary Role) - Lange Real Estate

What You Can Expect Working in the Inside Sales Agent Position

The Inside Sales agent role is to create potential clients for the real estate team, utilizing lead generation tools, and cold calling. This role works directly with Marketing and Lange Real Estate. The goal of this position is to convert leads to clients. Properties geared towards these leads include commercial, residential, and investment.

Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospects for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Achieves productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Accurately qualifies potential customers for appointments with field agents.
  • Follows scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service and prospecting experience with willingness to learn cold calling on behalf of Lange Real Estate.
  • Ability to identify and contact prospective clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90% of workday on the phone.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Work Environment

  • Sedentary work.   • The worker can expect to spend most of their workday to spent communicating with individuals via phone.
