Director of Strategic Accounts - Antiseptics, Gloves, and Wound Care

We're hiring a Director of Strategic Accounts to oversee some of our most important IDN relationships across Texas, as well as key accounts in Kansas City and Denver. This is a high-visibility role focused on value-based selling of our premium Antiseptics, Gloves, and Wound Care product portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a polished strategist and trusted partner with executive-level stakeholders-one who thrives in a complex, team-driven sales environment. This is more than a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, influence buying decisions at the C-suite level, and protect and grow Molnlycke's premium brand positioning. What You'll Do:
