Essential Job Duties |
This position serves as a live event producer for in-venue videoboard shows during home athletic contests including but not limited to football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, wrestling, gymnastics. The position will report directly to the Director of venue Display Operations and assist with our efforts to produce content and enhance the gameday experience for all NC State University varsity sports.
Duties include:
- Assist in coordinating the production of intro videos, motion headshots, GIF shoots, and other in-venue video content through collaboration with respective marketing and content creation teams.
- Assist with all green screen shoots to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects.
- Shoot and edit various sponsor and team related video content to be used in-venue.
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of animated graphics, stat pages, and sponsored elements for use on venue LED displays (e.g., ribbon or similar).
- Maintain and update graphic elements for display boards and interactive displays in all our athletic venues.
- Train freelance operators and students to run content appropriately.
- Assist the live broadcast crew with Logging/labeling highlights from video shoots and productions.
- Keep up with technology trends in producing and gathering visuals and explores motion graphic design to enhance the gameday experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience/Education |
High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of experience related to the area of assignment in a Broadcast Television, Radio and Emergingmedia Environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. |
Other Required Qualifications |
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, including, but not limited to, meeting deadlines, adapting to last-minute changes, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Proven quick decision-making skills, high creativity, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge and experience with managing Ross Tessera playback server to ensure proper setup and organization is performed before and during each assigned sport season.
- Ability to create and execute in-venue operations with Daktronics Show Control software.
- Demonstrated creative skills in utilizing Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D software.
- Proven design & typography skills are required.
- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience with management of in-game video board operations.
- A thorough understanding of intercollegiate athletics and its relationship to the broader institution, including conference and NCAA governance.
- Experience in working with Motion Graphics Design, Ross Tessera or Kiva systems, Daktronics Show Control.
- Experience in editing with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
