Overview

As the Operations Senior Analystworking for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will perform complex tasks independently and complete assigned tasks on time and to a standard that is satisfactory or better . You will be expected to provide guidance and oversight to contractors at the junior and mid level.

This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities

    Analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data using statistical software
  • Identify business problems or program objectives that can be addressed through data analysis
  • Deliver oral presentations and written results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to programs
  • Analyze processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations and decrease time and cost spent on efforts
  • Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules
  • Interpret and analyze policies, rules, regulations, or laws to organizations, Government officials, and employees
  • Meet with others to assist in establishing organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives, as well as providing recommendations to the Government concerning about personnel, resources, and levels of support
  • Propose and review modifications to project plans and processes


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field OR preferred years' experience (15 years of professional experience)
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • 20% travel

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in science, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years professional experience
