Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services (GbILS) provides four specific areas of expertise-Logistics Engineering, Measurement Sciences, Program Management, and Technical Support-serving the scientific, technical, and engineering needs of clients. Summary:

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services, LLC is looking for a Stock Clerk to help manage hazardous waste.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • The employment, training, guidance, and supervision of qualified Contractor personnel to accomplish the tasks listed herein.
  • Selecting, supervising, and exercising control and discretion over its employee's performance in support of this contract.
  • Maintain all applicable documents pertinent to this:
    • Maintain records for all Contractor personnel hired to fulfill this requirement. At a minimum, the Contractor shall maintain records that support that the personnel hired met the minimum qualification of each position. These records shall be made available to the Contracting Officer upon request.
    • Daily oversight of all Contractor personnel and for managing work performance on all tasks on this contract.
    • Establish clear organization lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management in support of this contract.
    • Regularly assess Contractor employee's performance and provide feedback to improve overall contract performance.
    • Ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by DHS established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security.
  • Responsible for direction and tasking to:
    • Provide employees with applicable information stated in the contract that pertains to the
    • Shall be the primary EESOH-MIS data entry point of Data entry duties include, but not limited to, the following:
      • All data entry kept up to
      • Deactivate all unused stock
      • Train HazMart employees in the use of EESOH-MIS software to include:
        • Directions to locate SDS on the ALC portal
        • SDS retrieval from within the EESOH-MIS database and
        • SDS hardcopy location within the HazMart facility
    • Ensure employees with an assigned responsibility to issue materials are trained in locating AUL information within the database and to update the database on issue and receipt of materials as required and defined in Air Force (AF) EESOH-MIS User
    • Train HazMart personnel upon receipt of software
    • Keep all AUL lists up-to-date in EESOH-MIS by timely entry of information provided by the Government within 24 hours.
    • Review the following on a weekly basis:
      • Receipt List
      • Document Transaction History Reports
      • Outstanding Material Report
      • Build ad-hoc reports as required by the
      • Work with the Government on issues that affect EESOH-

Qualifications

Necessary Skills & Knowledge:

  • Broad knowledge of general supply, storage, distribution, and inventory
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, USCG safety and environment rules and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of activities related to the applications within EESOH-MIS or a similar
  • Capable of providing highly technical expertise and support in the use of Database Management Systems.
  • Able to evaluate and recommend software change requests to ensure data integrity, security, and recoverability are built into the database application.
  • Knowledge with EESOH-MIS software or similar applications designed for hazardous material management and are capable of formatting ad-hoc reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum two (2) years of personnel management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree.
