Job Title: Structural Planner

Location:Houma, LA

Position Overview:A Structural Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating structural fitting and welding activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the structural craft field and possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate structural fitting and welding activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Utilize MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for planning and documentation purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure that all structural activities comply with industry standards and specifications.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of structural craft level experience in fitting and/or welding.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in structural fitting and welding techniques.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents accurately.
