Drive continuous improvements and contribute to verification assessments that provide roadmaps to a total quality and performance culture. Directly engage with all quality and production personnel to gain a good understanding of workplace realities, as well as technical and production issues. This role requires an individual who enjoys a hands-on technical and functional leadership approach.

When your actions lead to success.

  • Work collaboratively with Corporate R&D Engineers to optimize or develop products and improve cost performance initiatives with existing and new customers.

  • Document, coordinate and conduct trials for products that improve internal and external projects orinitiatives.

  • Establish and audit internal and external product and processspecifications.

  • Provide technical support to customers as required.

  • Coordinate onsite customer visits.

  • Utilize all resources available to problem solveissues.

  • Develop and conduct training and participate in internal/external training asappropriate.

  • Manage Development Projects in accordance with the Design Control Policy andProcedures.

  • Participate in Stage Gate Project reviews and follow up promptly on any assigned actionitems.

  • Work collaboratively with their team on any special projects asassigned.

  • Co-manage the SQC Pack softwareprogram.

  • Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.



When your expertise drives us.

  • Degree from accredited 4-year college or university. Engineering degreepreferred.

  • Demonstrated project and time managementexperience.

  • Knowledge of printing/converting/flexible packagingindustry.

  • Knowledge of quality methods/testing andSPC.

  • Working knowledge of problem-solvingmethodologies.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel asnecessary

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office operationsystems.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with high noise, solvent fumes common with the printingindustry.
