Drive continuous improvements and contribute to verification assessments that provide roadmaps to a total quality and performance culture. Directly engage with all quality and production personnel to gain a good understanding of workplace realities, as well as technical and production issues. Work collaboratively with Corporate R&D Engineers to optimize or develop products and improve cost performance initiatives with existing and new customers. Document, coordinate and conduct trials for products that improve internal and external projects orinitiatives. Establish and audit internal and external product and processspecifications. Provide technical support to customers as required. Coordinate onsite customer visits. Utilize all resources available to problem solveissues. Develop and conduct training and participate in internal/external training asappropriate. Manage Development Projects in accordance with the Design Control Policy andProcedures. Participate in Stage Gate Project reviews and follow up promptly on any assigned actionitems. Work collaboratively with their team on any special projects asassigned. Co-manage the SQC Pack softwareprogram. Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards. When your expertise drives us. Degree from accredited 4-year college or university. Engineering degreepreferred. Demonstrated project and time managementexperience. Knowledge of printing/converting/flexible packagingindustry. Knowledge of quality methods/testing andSPC. Working knowledge of problem-solvingmethodologies. Ability to work flexible hours and travel asnecessary Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office operationsystems.
