Position Function |
Under the direction of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, implement the University's strategic plan as it pertains to all matters of faculty professional development and the advancement/success of faculty members. Coordinate, administer, and assess programs that support the faculty lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, career pathways, retention, retirement, etc.) and supports student success. |
Minimum Education |
Earned doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited institution of higher education. |
Minimum Experience |
A distinguished record of scholarship, teaching, and professional accomplishments that are sufficient to qualify for appointment at the rank of associate professor or higher in an academic department at the University. |
Minimum Other |
Strong oral and written communication, research, presentation, and public relations skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects with attention to details and adherence to deadlines; experience working directly with faculty on professional development; experience supervising and mentoring staff |

Experience in faculty governance; strong background in
