The Project Manager is responsible for directing day-to-day operations of the federal site program and implementing programmatic and administrative policies and procedures in order to attain program goals and objectives. The Project Manager is also responsible for making programmatic as well as administrative recommendations to the Director of Contract Operations in accordance with Didlake's overall goals and objectives; and, serves as the primary liaison between Didlake Corporate office and its clients and staff. The Project Manager also serves as a team leader who is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive and constructive team spirit among all Didlake/site staff members. The Project Manager is considered essential personnel with the ability to respond to work in a timely manner as determined by contract needs.
