Role Overview (Scope of Role) Reporting to the CIO, the Administrative Assistant - IT & Finance will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders within our Finance and IT departments, based in Wayne, PA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of leadership, with responsibilities spanning calendar and travel management, expense processing, vendor setup, and purchase order (PO) creation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Administrative Support * Manage complex calendars for senior Finance and IT executives, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing events. Creating POs/Vendors Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelors degree is helpful, but not required.
