Responsible for overseeing the compliance with all regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Long Term Care, State Office of Licensure and Certification, Federal Medicare and Medicaid standards and the Public Health Department. Responsible for the overall management of the facility with emphasis in the following areas: financial performance, quality, employee relations, marketing, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Reports to the Senior Administrator and appropriate departmental managers within the Hospital system and the Board of Directors.
