Assistant Guard Site Manager

Summary:

The Guard Site Assistant Manager (GSAM) assists the Guard Site Manager in the performance of his/her duties and executes the duties of the Guard Site Manager in his/her absence. GSAM may be required to act as Guard Site Manager when s/he is off-duty or unavailable. Perform supporting managerial duties as directed by the Guard Site Manager. Oversee and manage guard force deployment and training activities. Interfaces directly with US Government supervisory personnel and acts as guard force leader.

• Manage and direct guard operations on a daily basis under direction of Guard Site Manager
• Manage and evaluate guard force operations, deployment, and training IAW DOD, AR, corporate and Kuwaiti regulations
• Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders
• Coordinate with PRS leadership
• Oversight and management of direct reports and leadership of in-direct reports

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess experience of not less than five (5) year's total with prior experience as an officer, warrant officer or non-commissioned officer or team leader in armed forces, police, or private security company in a contingency area
  
  
  
  
  
• Shall be a U.S. citizen.
• 21 years of age or older
• Shall possess an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Prior experience as officer, warrant officer or non-commissioned officer or team leader in armed forces, police, or private security company in a contingency area
• Must possess a Military background of not less than four years
• Must have demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
