Job Description: Responsible for processing mortgage disclosures, including setting up third-party vendors and employment verification Perform data entry and utilize mortgage processing systems like Encompass Assist with other administrative tasks related to mortgage processing Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn the mortgage industry *Qualifications:* 1-2 years of relevant experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, or a experience in customer service Proficient in using mortgage processing software and computer applications Excellent communication and organizational skills *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Disclosures Setting up third-party vendors Employment verification Data entry Using systems like Encompass Good personality and willingness to learn (for candidates without mortgage experience) *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
