Job Summary
Works directly to support VP, State Markets and Director, HIDE SNP (Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan) along with the highly collaborative Medicaid Operations team, serving in a consulting and advisor role to develop policies, processes, and business practices to optimize administrative efficiencies and assure regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies. Demonstrates proficient understanding of business operations, Medicaid and Medicare HIDE SNP regulations, and initiatives including those requiring collaboration with both internal and external partners. Provides support in identifying opportunities to improve the cost effectiveness and administrative efficiency of Priority Health HIDE SNP. Provides additional liaison support with the State of Michigan to ensure continuity and proactive awareness/involvement in Medicaid and Medicare programmatic and regulatory changes. Exercises critical thinking to determine best approach to strategic assignments.
