Sr. Sustainability Leaders (SSLs) help to evolve and mature the Continuous Improvement (CI) system in partnership with the business across New York Life to drive improvements in employee engagement, customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, sustained change, and innovation. To achieve this, the SSL will lead a matrixed team of Sustainability Leaders, who will work with the business to identify opportunities to assess the health of the CI system, improve how we work, evolve the tools and capabilities, and coach teams to use them. SSLs will support one or two business lines, depending on the size, to gain a deep understanding of the business and how CI drives improvements within the business. You will have the opportunity to build leadership skills, shape the organization and its processes, and advance your career at New York Life. You will also benefit from exposure to senior leaders within the organization, including at the C-level, build deep relationships in the business units you support, and have the opportunity to hone written and oral communication skills. What does the ideal candidate profile include?
Pay Transparency Salary Range:$160,000-$190,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
