We're hiring a Production Assembler in Burnsville, MN for a leading provider of high-quality pharmacy and retail products. Pay & Schedule: Hourly Rate: $17.00 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Employment Type: Temporary What You'll Do: Perform a variety of assembly and hand-packing duties for consumer goods, medical devices, and pharmacy supply items Pick, package, and palletize orders using forklifts or material handling equipment Prepare products for shipment: boxing, labeling (including international and hazardous materials), and printing shipping documents Load/unload trucks and replenish warehouse stock Process goods movements in ERP system and complete work order receipts Support cycle counts, returns, and distribution activities Cross-train across warehouse functions and assist with orientation of new team members Troubleshoot warehouse issues and escalate appropriately Maintain safety standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of warehouse or production experience Strong math, reading, and communication skills Experience with forklifts, power jacks, and reach trucks Comfort working on your feet and lifting 20+ lbs throughout the shift Tech-friendly with the ability to use scanners and navigate ERP systems A dependable, flexible, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and safety Why You'll Love It Here: Enjoy weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, and short-term disability.
