Description:

This position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Community Nutrition Program by
developing internal and external partnerships, supervision of programming staff and managing grant writing
and reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field with three years' experience in community health or case
management.
