Staffmark is hiring a Human Resource Assistant for a 2-month temporary assignment in Laguna Hills, CA. This is a great opportunity to grow your administrative and HR skills and take a step toward a career you'll love!

Position Details:



  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
  • Assignment Length: 2 months



Responsibilities:



  • Support the recruiting process, including job postings and interview coordination
  • Assist with onboarding and maintaining up-to-date employee records
  • Provide administrative support on a variety of HR-related tasks
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies



Requirements:



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR-related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
