Position Summary With a focus on delivering ASML's technology roadmap, teams work on advanced optical andmechatronic modules, along with their application software and operating systems. Input fromcustomers, suppliers and technology partners, together with research and observations in thefield, help drive the systems forward. Lead, manage and drive the delivery of precision mechatronics module, product and systemintegration, and software functionality, all specific to ASML lithography tools. This position is responsible for both managerial and technical leadership, focusing on the concept,analysis, development, and delivery of intricate lithography components. Reporting Relationships The Reticle Handler Mechatronics Leader reports to the Head of Development & Engineering inWilton and is a member of the Wilton management team. Primary Responsibilities
