Your Role

Are you ready to take your engineering expertise global? Join Atlas Copco as a Commissioning Engineer and become a key player in launching high-performance centrifugal compressor packages across a wide spectrum of industries-from chemical and petrochemical plants to power generation and LNG facilities around the world.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you'll lead the commissioning and process integration of advanced centrifugal gas compressors directly on customer sites. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, solving complex challenges and ensuring seamless performance in critical applications.

As a vital member of our Aftermarket Field Service team, you'll collaborate closely with technical support and report to the Field Service Team Leader. This is a full-time position that offers the thrill of international travel, exposure to cutting-edge technology, and the satisfaction of making a real impact in the field.

• You will test and configure surge protection systems.
• You will ensure the successful compressor-to-plant integration.
• You will communicate with the customer and exercise best safety practices during all commissioning phases.
• You will prepare daily project activity and technical reports.
• You will represent Atlas Copco to our global customers in a professional manner.
• You will build relationships with our customers to remain first in mind, first in choice.

To succeed, you will need

• You hold a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or have 10 or more years of relevant work experience.
• You demonstrate both mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• You know how to interpret engineering drawings and comprehend industrial processes.
• You are excited to work with the diverse cultures of our global customers.
• You are willing to travel on a global scale.

• The base salary range for this position is $28.85 to $42.00 an hour. In addition to the base salary you will be eligible for per diems, shift differentials based on location, overtime and an annual bonus. The total annual compensation for this role will be up to $145,000.
