Job Description Research Associate About the job: As the Research Associate, you will leverage scientific and clinical data to drive brand differentiation and communications. In this role, you will collaborate with medical directors and support client strategy, relationships, and new business development efforts. A day in the life:
What you will need: Advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, PharmD) in Clinical/Scientific field and professional experience required. Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly convey complex medical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with ability to build constructive relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate willingness to assist teams beyond basic responsibilities. Strong content development skills, with ability to create scientifically accurate content, annotate documents, and incorporate feedback. Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with ability to think strategically, demonstrate leadership skills, and follow standard operating procedures.
