What You'll Do:

As anElectrician Programmer, you will:

• Read and create electrical blueprints and detailed circuit layouts.
• Apply expertise of servo motor systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems.
• Work effectively as part of a team to contribute to plant operations.
• Investigate and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, or operational issues using advanced problemsolving techniques.
• Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits to optimize efficiency.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using Allen Bradley technology, including VFDs and 420 mA circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and maintain a safe work environment.

What You'll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, along with trade school certification.
• At least 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician or electrician programmer.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Hands on experience with Allen Bradley technology, including PLC hardware, PLC software, AC and DC circuits, and 440 MCCs.
• Strong knowledge of process controls such as sensors, switches, valves, and safety circuits.
• Proficiency in installing and programming VFDs.
• Experience writing code using Logix 5, Logix 500, and Studio 5000 platforms.
• Familiarity with HMI programming. FactoryTalk ME experience is preferred.
• A strong focus on maintaining high safety standards.
• Proven troubleshooting skills within a manufacturing environment.
