Full-Time Weighmaster opening

Candidates MUST:
- Have a valid driver's license or ID.
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to acquire a Texas level II private security license

**The ability to communicate in Spanish is extremely helpful but is not a requirement.

Full-Time Opening #1: 0600-1400 Sunday, 1400-2200 Monday and Tuesday, 2200-0600 Wednesday and Thursday. Off Duty Friday and Saturday (subject to change).

Full-time Opening #2: 1400-2200 Wednesday through Sunday (Subject to change).

Duties include checking in all employees, visitors, contractors, and trucks while providing accurate directions to their destinations within the mill. If visitors or contractors arrive without an appointment, their point of contact must be notified before granting entry. Officers must remain vigilant for unauthorized individuals, engage with them to assess the situation, and take appropriate action. Additionally, officers will monitor weather alert systems, broadcast emergency notifications across all mill channels, and manage ambulance and fire call communications via the emergency channel.

Responsibilities also include scaling in and out all trucks entering the mill, verifying information for accuracy, and inputting data into computer systems. When scaling out trucks, officers must ensure all information is correct and provide drivers with the necessary paperwork before they leave the property. Drivers must be informed of all PPE requirements, mill regulations, and given precise directions to their loading sites. Officers will operate various communication equipment to coordinate with truck drivers and product recipients while ensuring site personnel are notified of incoming trucks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail

• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
