Position Summary

Responsible for sorting all incoming invoices/paperwork/payments received daily. Scanning and Indexing A/P or A/R documents into the Imaging system. Invoice entry required for assigned portions of invoices received in A/P and customer payments into AR.

Scanning and Indexing A/P or A/R documents into SIRVA's Imaging application.

Entering A/P invoices into designated A/P system. Entering Customer payments in designated A/R systems.

Enter Agent Posting tickets, online request adjustments, assist with AR reconciliation issues and work with collection and the banks to ensure all AR entries are entered timely and correctly. Could also assist with Credit Card functions.






Qualifications and Preferred Skills



  • 1+ years related experience and/or training
  • Strong data entry skills/experience required
  • Must have Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, MS Outlook
  • Able to work well in a fast paced team environment




Education and Certification Requirements



  • High school graduate or equivalent
