This role is crucial for driving Nokia's strategic alliances and ensuring the company stays competitive and innovative in the rapidly evolving cloud and network services landscape. As a strategic position within the GBC organization, it focuses on establishing new and maintaining existing partner relationships within our ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing plans with targets for each partner, incorporating executive governance through Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with select partners. This role will be responsible for developing and managing CNS global alliances.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in partnership development and management, particularly within cloud and network services.
- Ability to maintain a deep understanding of partners' business and technology visions and strategies.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and initiatives, including conducting discovery sessions and needs assessments with prospects and customers.
- Ensure alignment between partner offerings and Nokia's product roadmap.
- Identify and structure agreements with strategic partners to complement or resell Nokia solutions.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams, commercial management, and legal departments to finalize agreements.
- Organize and lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with select partners to assess progress and realign strategies.
- Support the development and execution of joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and initiatives, including performing discovery, needs gathering, and requirements analysis/definition through prospects, partners, and customers.
- Identify, creatively structure, and negotiate agreements with strategic partners (to complement and/or resell our solutions), working closely with Product and Engineering teams, commercial management, and legal.
- Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with field alliances, partners, marketing, business development, pre-sales, and Nokia partners sales.
- Interface with Alliance Market Leaders, Market Pre-Sales Leaders, GBC Market Unit teams, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to participate in industry and partner events.
You have:
- Strong domain knowledge in areas such as Core (Voice Core, Data Core, Subscriber Data, Policy and Signaling), Analytics, Security, Orchestration, Assurance, and Inventory.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across groups and functions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a passion for evangelizing partnerships both internally and externally.
- Strong cross-group collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for partner meetings, conferences, and collaborative sessions to strengthen relationships and drive business objectives.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Preferred experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Ability to support sales in the field - Sales Leadership experience preferred.
