Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager. Their primary purpose will be to focus on the development of presentation documents to senior leadership and external stakeholders, complex accounting analyses, and review of department month-end entries. The Senior financial analyst works with department managers and senior leadership as well as other corporate departments.

Minimum Required




  • A minimum of five years of related work experience
  • A minimum of two years working in an academic medical center, hospital system, or related field
  • Extensive experience preparing budgets, forecasts, long-range business plans, and detailed variance analyses
  • Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and budgeting
  • Experience with EPSI, Strata, and other financial systems preferred



Education




  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent finance experience
  • Healthcare or comparable experience and MBA or CPA preferred


Salary Range: Minimum $40.39/hour - Maximum $64.63/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
