Machine Operator Job Details

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Pay: $16 per hour

Requirements: 1 year of previous machine operator experience + The ability to lift 45 pounds and stand for the entire shift + Steel-toes

Responsibilities:



  • Operate machinery and utilize tools to manufacture and ship plastic-based products.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality in every task.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks with high attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Inspect finished products and raw materials for quality, color, and consistency.
  • Package products and prepare them for shipment.
  • Perform part assembly/disassembly using hand tools and powered fixtures (e.g., attaching handles, labels, or lids).
  • Conduct preventative maintenance cleaning on machinery components such as screens, filters, hoppers, and bins.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
