Position: Project Coordinator, Project Administrator Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Direct Placement Work Environment: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite Our client is looking for someone to be responsible for IT financial transaction management, IT purchasing, and facilitating the department's budget process. Facilitate IT department budget processes. Maintain Actual vs budget for all IT expenditures. Own IT purchasing process, including purchase orders, receipts and invoice reconciliation. Work with approved vendors to procure hardware, mobile equipment, and licensing. Vendor Point of Contact. Create and maintain project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, risks, assumptions, budget, and communication plans. Track and report on project status, including conducting project status meetings. Strong Excel skills required.
