Description
The Provider Education Lead, reporting to the Manager- Provider Communications, is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality training programs and educational resources for both internal Medica staff and external provider partners. This role supports Medica's commitment to operational excellence and provider engagement by developing industry-specific training content. The position requires strong collaboration across teams, independent decision-making, and the ability to adapt training content to meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will have a solid background in creating narratives for training and instructional design, with a passion for learning and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly across provider audiences. They will demonstrate strong educational writing skills and have a collaborative approach to cross-functional work. Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Key Accountabilities:

This position is a hub-based role which will work primarily remotely but may require some onsite presence. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must reside within a commuting distance to one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI. Onsite frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership and may be up to 2-3 days a week. The full salary range for this position is $61,500 - $105,400. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
