Senior Supply Chain Manager

The Sr. Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the overall sourcing strategy and purchasing for purchased parts, equipment and service providers at Restaurant Technologies; while leading our corporate repair operations to optimize productivity. This role will support large scale strategic sourcing initiatives related to supplier Cost, Service, Innovation and Responsiveness. Initiate and lead projects that improve the performance and quality of purchased materials and services while minimizing the total cost required to achieve financial objectives (EBITDA & Cash Flow). Identify, select and manage suppliers to drive innovation and new product development. This role will report to the Director of Supply Chain.

Salary Range: $110k - $140k

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and lead a team to execute supply chain strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
  • Provideleadership and direction to sourcing, purchasing and corporate repair facility team members, fostering the culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies, utilizing best-in-class purchasing and repair approaches for long-term value creation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices, integrating larger Restaurant Technologies organizational practices while maintaining a nimble, quick Sourcing and purchasing team.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Evaluate supply base, develop and establish long term strategic relationships for relevant products and services.
  • Continuously assess and improve materials management processes to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs without compromising on quality or compliance.
  • Ensure materials are sourced in accordance with regulatory requirements and that all documentation is in place to meet industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management on materials performance, inventory status, and supply chain risks.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Organizational skills- must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines to spearhead both the planning and implementation stages of multiple projects
  • Communication skills-ability to build mutual trust and credibility at all levels of an organization.
  • Analytical thinking- able to critically evaluate individual processes and projects, and synthesize insights to monitor and evaluate progress
  • Ability and experience in planning, prioritizing competing priorities, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or materials management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience managing original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and contract manufacturers in a source-to-sell environment
  • Experience sourcing fluid management components and electromechanical assemblies
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Expert with Oracle Cloud ERP (or other cloud-based ERP system)
  • Ability to travel 25-50% domestically without restrictions

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or materials management
