The opportunity

Do you want to empower everyone to make data-driven decisions? Do you enjoy turning data into actionable insights that anyone can consume? The Data & Insights design team is looking for an exceptional designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cross-cloud and cross-product reporting and insights. Our goal is to transform complex data into accessible, actionable insights that empower decision-makers across various roles within the digital marketing experience.

What you'll do
  • Lead - Take ownership of design projects, driving them from initial concepts to polished, final deliverables that simplify complex workflows and empower users.

  • Collaborate - Partner closely with cross-product stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to create cohesive, innovative, and user-centered designs.

  • Simplify - Translate intricate workflows and data visualizations into intuitive, actionable designs that enable users to make informed decisions.

  • Design - Apply best practices in interaction and visual design to create elegant and accessible user experiences.

  • Analyze - Define and measure key user experience success metrics to continuously identify gaps and opportunities

  • Iterate - Work iteratively by gathering user feedback and leveraging data to refine and enhance your designs.

What you need to succeed

Must Have:

  • Strong design craft and an eye for detail, with a proven ability to deliver polished and effective user experience.

  • Experience designing solutions for data visualization and complex workflows.

  • Understanding of marketing, creative, or data tooling for enterprise users.

  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey design ideas and foster alignment.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using design and visual storytelling.

  • Open to mentoring and being mentored, and values giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles.

  • Experience working on enterprise products or within enterprise design teams.

  • College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on UX, graphic design, HCI, or related design field

About Adobe Design

Adobe Design builds tools that amplify the world's ability to create and communicate.We're a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe's three product lines: Creative Cloud,Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
