Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports day-to-day operations and administration of talent acquisition efforts across UnityPoint Health, including screening of candidates and/or preboarding/onboarding of new hires. This will include maintaining an understanding of the staffing needs of the organization. This role will formulate partnerships both internally and externally to ensure all compliance needs are met, while delivering value-added service and navigational assistance to leaders, team members, and candidates through the talent acquisition process. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. Experience: 1+ years in an administrative or clerical position required. 1+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred Experience with an emphasis on recruitment, retention, or training and development preferred Prior experience with iCIMS or BrassRing applicant tracking system preferred Prior experience with Lawson HRIS system preferred Licenses/Certifications: n/a |
