The Role: Representative - PBX Operator

Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees. Hours vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a multi-line switchboard as well as a computer-based softphone.
• Answering and Transferring of calls for multiple Bally Corporation properties.
• Ability to process Room Services orders through POS.
• Answering the phones and placing callers on hold in a professional and friendly manner.
• Distributing information to callers when necessary (i.e. harness, restaurants, slots and concert information).

Qualifications:

• High School diploma education or equivalent required.
• Ability to work the overnight shift.
• Ability to sit for extended period of time, 8 hours.
• Neat and professional appearance required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Target Salary Range: $15.00/hr
