Overview JOB TITLE: Information Technology Specialist (Mid) GOVERNMENT AGENCY: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Infrastructure Services & Back Office Support (ISBOS) LOCATION: Onsite Position at the FBI CJIS location in Clarksburg, WV POSITION TIMING: Contingent on award; expected contract start date June 2025 BENEFITS: Health, Dental and Vision, 401(k), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 11 Paid Federal Holidays, PTO, education reimbursement CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must hold an active Top-Secret clearance ITC Federal is an information technology and consulting company focused on servicing the needs of the Federal Government. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team supporting the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of computer systems, networks, and hardware, ensuring they meet performance and security standards. You will oversee system updates and patches, perform hardware diagnostics, and provide technical assistance to end users through helpdesk support. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including configuring firewalls and managing antivirus programs to protect the IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will manage IT assets, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with software usage agreements. As a part of the team, you will also contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades or new technology implementations, demonstrating leadership in planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Your responsibilities will include creating clear and concise documentation for IT systems and protocols, prioritizing tasks effectively, and staying up-to-date with cybersecurity best practices and emerging IT trends. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of IT experience, proficiency in programming languages, and the ability to work within an Agile environment. An active Top Secret clearance is required, with prior FBI program experience preferred. Responsibilities
