Position Title: Building Maintenance Specialist Location: Onsite. Auburn Hills, MI. Qualifications: High School Diploma 5 years of Maintenance experience. Interpersonal Relationships/Customer Service. Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and related software to complete administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities to include: Review work requests, progress, schedules, and priorities to ensure efficient use of personnel and equipment. Handle emergency and unscheduled work requests, arranging prompt services. Perform quality control to ensure repairs and work are completed correctly. Prepare reports, work orders, and documentation as required. Respond to customer requests, status updates, and complaints; research and resolve issues appropriately. Electrical systems. Mechanical systems. Plumbing. HVAC. Infrastructure repairs and maintenance. Conduct safety and environmental checks, coordinating with building engineering and management. Support janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and housekeeping. Assist with parts operations, including scrapping and disposal. Operate material handling equipment such as Hilo, Skid-Steer, and Pallet Jacks. Develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with employees. Plan and organize daily work routine, estimate completion times, and establish personal schedules accordingly.
