Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location(s): Washington, DC

Job Description: Responsibilities:


  • Performs data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards. Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards, examine data records, inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations. Strong attention to detail.
  • Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual. Responsibilities include typing correspondences including email responses, memos, forms, policies and procedures and managing confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for providing first level support for all end-users of HR related systems.
  • Responsible for managing HR Shared Services Team email box. Must be able to escalate calls and user issues when appropriate.
  • Follow up on all user issues in a timely manner and follow through to resolution.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as necessary. Must be able to interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the Human Resources team in a highly professional manner.


Qualification:


  • High emphasis on attention to detail. Need someone who can learn and manage our standard data entry process without making errors.
  • Need someone who can communicate very professionally through email. Our team interacts with the enterprise primarily through a shared email box and it is imperative that this person be capable of managing email communications in a clear and consistent fashion.
  • Position is remote but we also need someone who can handle remote responsibilities and knows how to maintain a consistent presence online during work hours.
  • A background in HR administrative processes (a minimum of 3 years but prefer 5+ years).
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills.
