About Us

We envision our team as one that is at the cutting edge of marketing and creative, not just within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Our team encompasses both the proposal/business development lifecycle and the marketing/communications function. We value new ideas and the ability to translate ideas into marketing deliverables. We prioritize continuous learning to drive us to be the best at what we do. We're an inclusive team that values differences and believes collaboration creates the best deliverables. Our team works a hybrid schedule with remote/home days and in office days with a flexible schedule to meet both your needs and our company's needs.

Why Merrick?

Above all, Merrick is a family. We strive for excellence in our respective fields, both technical and creative, and value our individual employee owners and the contributions each of us makes to our company. Merrick is committed to creating a company that is a safe space for all individual identities and perspectives.

As part of an in-house creative team, you'll have the opportunity to work on creative projects for a company you know in-depth.
