Assist with registry operations by monitoring, managing and/or abstracting cases from various sources, including circuit-riding hospitals and/or non-hospital facilities (e.g., long-term care facilities, physician offices, ambulatory care centers, pathology labs, etc.) to ensure that the data submitted to the Missouri Cancer Registry meets Missouri statute requirements and national standards for quality, timeliness and completeness as set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR) and the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR). Some staff in this position will develop publications and maintain website to promote cancer reporting. Job Responsibilities:
