Overview

We are seeking an experienced & strategic Director of Enterprise Applications with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle ERP Cloud. This role is critical in aligning enterprise applications with business strategy, overseeing the implementation of OIC, optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud, and managing a portfolio of business-critical systems used internally.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across business functions and global teams. This role will be accountable for managing production support, driving the application roadmap, overseeing third-party partnerships, and ensuring systems effectively support the company's operational and strategic goals.

This role is based out of corporate offices in Irving, TX



Responsibilities

    Own Oracle ERP Cloud environment, leading implementation and optimization efforts across Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules.
  • Oversee and maintain the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.
  • Manage and drive resolution for production support issues through an internal ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met and continuous improvement practices are followed.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business applications in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and prioritize initiatives that drive business value.
  • Ensure proper governance, process, and documentation are in place for application support and project delivery.
  • Lead vendor and contract management for third-party application partners and services.
  • Provide oversight and support for additional systems within the portfolio.
  • Work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional, matrixed global teams, driving high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and recommend new technologies or enhancements to improve business processes and system performance.
  • Lead and manage the Business Applications team, including offshore resources and third-party partners.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications with a strong focus on Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience managing production support, ticketing systems, and change management processes.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including offshore and third-party partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and operationally, balancing vision with execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing related applications is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization, delivering results with minimal supervision.
