Description & Requirements
This position can be filled in any of our Forvis Mazars office locations or can be a fully remote work opportunity.
Forvis Mazars is seeking professionals who can apply their functional and technical skills to configure and implement Oracle NetSuite software for clients across core modules, including general ledger, finance, commerce, purchasing, sales, warehousing, production, and logistics. Consultants should address business needs, configuration of the software, testing of results and transition activities to client operations. We are seeking individuals who can lead the design and implementation of ERP.
How you will contribute:
  • Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and related benefits.
  • Lead definition of the solution.
  • Work as part of a project team to deliver business solutions from project kick-off through project go-live
  • Measure delivery of our solution against requirements, through ownership of deliverables and thorough review with clients.
  • Aid in preparing and analyzing project plans and requirements documentation.
  • Build rapport with clients through effective communication, working sessions, and status meetings.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to project schedule and communicate status to PMO.
  • Perform configuration, testing, and implementation of NetSuite.
  • Learn FORVIS Mazars implementation methodology and related deliverables.
  • Train client key users and end-users on solution implementation.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6 years or more of applicable ERP implementation experience
  • Appropriate NetSuite Certifications
  • Experience understanding and assisting clients with data conversions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of business reporting and analytics tools
  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant Certification
  • 4 years or more of applicable NetSuite ERP implementation consultant experience
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Experience developing less experienced consultants
  • Experience leading a team of consultants

Positions that are non-exempt will be eligible for overtime pay compensable at a rate of one and a half times the hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.
