The Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to coordinate key brand and clinic events, learn about consumer marketing within an innovative healthcare practice, and gain valuable experience all while having fun with a dynamic, integrated team - and making an impact in the community.

TCO is passionate about making healthcare better (and simpler) for everyone. The Marketing Intern will assist in bringing this vision to life through day-to-day support of the Brand and Partnerships team and their execution of special events throughout the summer. Key activities will include managing event coordination tasks and project plans, print materials, promotional content plans, giveaway items/apparel and onsite support.

We are looking for an intern with a can-do attitude who never backs down from a challenge, thrives in a collaborative environment and is able to put ideas into action. This position requires an individual who takes pride in being extremely organized, and is able to manage multiple requests in a timely and professional manner.

This is a part-time Internship position, which includes the expectation to work an average 20 hours per week, working at least 2 hours each day, Monday through Friday. The position will begin in June and will end in August 2025. This role is an hourly position with a hybrid working environment, in-office or onsite at events 2-3 days a week and the other days working from home. During events, hours may vary and may be in the evening and on select weekends.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.


Essential Functions:

  • Support Brand and Partnerships team with day-to-day planning and projects associated with summer events, such as TCO High School Physicals, Vikings Training Camp, a Vikings VIP Partner event, amongst others
  • Project manage and track deadlines for all event related needs
  • Coordinate event logistics, material design and production, promotional items and support promotional content planning
  • Support onsite execution of events
  • Support post-event recaps as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and presentations
  • Work cohesively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Follow company creative and production processes.
  • May assist in the management of projects alongside Brand & Partnership Marketing team members
  • Any and all other duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • In-progress or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, Public Relations or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in similar role preferred

  • Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.

  • Interest or experience in event marketing, sports marketing, marketing, corporate/cause partnerships, sports/partnership marketing account management, and/or corporate branding/marketing
  • Ability to plan and execute events from start to finish.
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals both internally and externally with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority
  • Ability to support and execute a plan including goals, metrics, strategy and tactics
  • Ability to effectively support internal and external meetings and groups

  • Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required

  • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
