Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services. Practice Overview Join our dynamic and fast-paced Urgent Care team, where you'll have the opportunity to provide care to patients of all ages and address a wide range of medical conditions. As a team member, you'll collaborate closely with others to carry out provider orders and ensure quality patient care. Our support staff is composed of medical assistants/ambulatory clinical technicians (MA/ACTs), paramedics, and patient service representatives (PSRs). Each member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the delivery of high-quality care. MAs assist with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, completion of point of care testing, and assisting in procedures. Candidates for this position should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing high-quality patient care. Essential Functions
